Today’s Bloganuary post is about a snack I’d eat right now.
As I’m writing this post while eating my breakfast, I don’t need another snack. Therefore, I thought I’d share what’s in it. It’s nothing fancy, but it’s packed with good stuff and I’m eating variations of this every morning. So, here’s what I tossed together:
- Oats with water
- Aronia powder
- Bee pollen
- Low-fat quark
- Pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds
- Coconut flakes
- Blueberries
- Linseed oil and algae oil
- Fresh juice made from grapefruit, orange, and lemon

It’s a quick mix, but it keeps me going through the day (I usually skip lunch). Not too heavy and has a bit of everything. The citrus juice is especially a winner – fresh and tangy, perfect for starting the day.
